The UN Secretariat in Iraq from Middle East region had released this tender for The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) invites all specialized and qualified companies who wish to participate in a tender for Supply equipment and surveillance system for polling centers, station and auditing centers with related services according to the international sales system (CIP) as part of the requirements for the implementation of the provincial elections 2023 and according to the conditions, requirements and specifications included in the tender documents and according to the details below . 1-Name of tender: - Supply equipment and surveillance system for polling centers, station and auditing centers with related services according to the international sales system (CIP) 2- Tender number and type: - (4/I/P/2023) Public tender. 3-Closing date: 3/8/2023 4-Extension date: 10/8/2023 at 1:00 pm (Baghdad time). 5-The amount of purchasing the tender documents: - (750,000) seven hundred and fifty thousand Iraqi dinars, paid directly through the authorized person of the company, or (650$) six hundred and fifty US dollars, paid through a bank transfer (SWIFT) to the commission’s bank account (IBAN: IQ98TRIQ990002001039002) Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) In case the company is not authorized inside Iraq, it is non-refundable. 6-Estimated cost: a-(20,588,705 $) only twenty million five hundred eighty-eight thousand seven hundred and five US dollars only. 7-Initial Bonds: Those who wish to participate in the tender must submit the initial bonds ($557,089) five hundred and fifty-seven thousand eighty-nine US dollar in form of a guarantee bond valid for a period of 200 days from the date of closing the tender or a certified check or a voucher issued by a bank accredited by the Central Bank. 8-Bids validity period: (180) one hundred and eighty days starting from the date of opening bids. 9-The place of obtaining the tender documents and submitting the bids: (The Independent High Electoral Commission/ Baghdad - Karada Maryam - International Zone - next to General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers building - Tenders and Contracts Department - first floor - Rapporteur of Bid Opening Committee). 10-if the purchasing process was made by bank transfer for companies that do not have an authorized person in Iraq tender documents will be sent electronically by IHEC via the formal e-mail of Tenders and Contracts Department. 11-Tender closing time: Bids should be submitted by companies who wish to participate in a closed and sealed envelope (1) original bid and (2) copies certified by the company’s seal no later than (1:00) p.m. Thursday 10/8/2023 Baghdad time, and bids received after the mentioned date will not be received. 12-date and place of opening bids: The bid opening committee will open the bids publicly and in the presence of the companies’ representatives that participated in the tender at (1:00) p.m. Baghdad time on Thursday 10/8/2023 at IHEC head quarter in the above address (8). with tender notice no.
