Bidders shall fulfill qualifications requirements including: [Legal, technical and financial requirements and as mentioned in the tender documents.]. 3.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English or Arabic Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below (no.3)and upon payment of a non-refundable & the price of buying tender will be by lump sum as follows: a- (1.000.000)one million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge less than (1.000.000) Dollars . b- (2.000.000)two million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge more than (1.000.000) Dinar. Otherwise the offer will be neglect it.
