Closing date at 12 pm according the local time in Nasiriya on 2/8/2023 (UR State Company / One of the companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals) is pleased to invite the qualified and experienced bidders to submit their bids to supply (250 km neutral for twisted cable (1× 70 mm2 ) in the form of (two batch) according to our technical specifications Delivery period : in the form of (two batches) 45 days for each batch. The first batch starts from the date of signing the contract and the second batch starts from the date of the notification. Payment method : Payment of financial dues shall be in ID by approval check in equivalent dollar in the date of Signing of the contract and note the following: 1. The qualified bidders who want to obtain additional information shall contact with (UR State Company by email : urscoe@ur.industry.gov.iq urcoe@gmail.com (During the official working days from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 2.00 pm) as shown in the instructions to bidders. 2. Total estimated cost : (212500$) DAP reached to the company's stores or in equivalent ( 280500000 ) ID adoption of the bulletin of the central bank for the date of Document preparation . 3- The amount of bid bond for the tender to be submitted with the bid is (1%) of the total estimated cost with the amount 2125$ or in equivalent ( 2805000 ) ID . . The bid will be excluded in the case of the initial deposits submitted for less than 80% of the amount of the required initial deposits. 4- The price of selling the tender documents is 500,000 ID (only five hundred thousand Iraqi dinars and no other) cannot be refunded only in case of cancellation of the tender by our company without compensation to the bidders..
