The appointed Contractor will undertake the role of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage. The form of contract is currently anticipated to be the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, Option C, target contract with activity schedule. This procurement is a reissue of an earlier competition published in May 2025 under procedure identifier e342e2b9-7827-4a53-81b6-5178881e0fa0 and eTenders reference ID 5643930, which was subsequently discontinued without the award of a contract. with tender notice no. 672263-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
