This includes connections to the Georgian House no. 26 and to The Hugh Lane Gallery. 2. The partial renovation/essential works of Georgian Houses nos. 23-28 Parnell Square North, measuring approximately 5,500m2. 3. Restoration of Georgian House no. 26 Parnell Square North of approximately 700m2. This includes the partial refurbishment of no. 27 and roof and basement refurbishment of no. 25. 4. Refurbishment works to the 1930’s wing of The Hugh Lane Gallery, Charlemont House, Parnell Square, Dublin 1 of approximately 2,100 m2 .
