Each consultant will be engaged directly by LYIT and once appointed will work as part of a team with the other consultant disciplines under the leadership of the project Architect or other consultant as appropriate. The Framework will be established on foot of an initial contract will be for the provision of design services for the deep energy efficiency retrofit of a 1,200m2 rooftop extension to the main educational building on the Letterkenny campus. Other projects which may be awarded under the Framework include a new multi-pitch sports facilities development, construction and extension/refurbishment of academic, research, recreational, enterprise/innovation, utility, office or other buildings and external works..
