Evaluation of existing premises compared to potential new locations in terms of opportunity cost, operational costs and planned changes in the operating environment. This element of the study is to consider: a. Dublin Bus requirements b. CIE group property requirements Again, an understanding of operational requirements are key to this work package and appropriate briefings and detail will be provided to the successful tenderer. It is envisaged that both studies will require the following professional services to deliver a report, although to different levels of engagement according to the workstream: a.
