The Safety Section shall be notified and the contractor / service provider will be removed from the A-Z Prequalified Contractors Register. A contract agreement shall be entered into with the successful Tenderer for the collection, pre-treatment and disposal of illegally dumped waste and litter. The contract will be awarded for a probationary period of one year and subject to the satisfaction of Meath County Council will be extended for a period of three years.
