The successful bidder will be obligated to supply and install the docks and mooring systems presented by him in his bid for the tender, and to the extent that the winning supplier does not supply and install The said docks and mooring systems, in whole or in part, the company will be entitled to cancel his winning and the agreement signed with him, and this without detracting from any other right it has according to law. Only bidders who meet the threshold conditions detailed in the tender documents may participate in the tender. A bidder who is interested in participating in the tender and submitting a bid will be charged a participation fee of NIS 4,000 plus VAT (which will not be refunded), to be paid to the order of the Ashkelon Economic Company Ltd. The bidder will attach a receipt for the payment of the participation fee as part of his bid in the tender.
