Demolish the entire structure including its foundation and haul-out all debris and excavated materials so that the site will be ready for construction of a new building structure. d. Building demolition and disposal of demolished materials and debris shall satisfy the requirements of the applicable local codes and regulations and the applicable construction safety standards.
