Professional dismantle and hand-over to UNTSO Engineering on “as it was” basis all existing utility fixtures not limited to air-conditioning units, lighting fixtures, electrical panel(s), toilet fixtures, fire alarm and smoke detection system, etc. c. Demolish the entire structure including its foundation and haul-out all debris and excavated materials so that the site will be ready for construction of a new building structure. d. Building demolition and disposal of demolished materials and debris shall satisfy the requirements of the applicable local codes and regulations and the applicable construction safety standards.
