A bidder who is interested in participating in the tender and submitting a bid will be charged a participation fee of NIS 1,000 plus VAT (which will not be refunded), to be paid to the order of the Ashkelon Economic Company Ltd. The bidder will attach a receipt for the payment of the participation fee as part of his bid in the tender.
