Companies wishing to submit quotations must be officially registered with the tax departments . The prices offered are in shekels or the agreed currency and are inclusive of all taxes . In the event that the supplier is from the West Bank, he must bring a tax invoice and clearance . Bids must be submitted electronically or at the above address before or on Wednesday corresponding to 07-26-2023 at 12:00 noon, late bids will be rejected, and bids will be opened in the presence of the bid opening committee, companies and individuals or their representatives who wish to do so at the address below, at 2:00 noon, on 07-26-2023 .
