L’intervento consiste nella realizzazione di edifici e capannoni produttivi per 38.853,93 mq coperti su 220.043 mq di estensione totale dell’area. Quanto sopra per la durata di anni quaranta e verso la corresponsione del relativo canone demaniale in applicazione dell’articolo 2 del decreto interministeriale 15 novembre 1995, n. 595, soggetto annualmente alla indicizzazione ISTAT, rapportato alle superfici effettivamente consegnate all’esito dei lavori di competenza dei soggetti pubblici, con decorrenza dai relativi verbali e con prestazione della cauzione ex art. 17 Reg. Cod.
