The SINGLE PURCHASING CENTRE BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF VIMODRONE, CASSINA DE' PECCHI, RODANO, PIOLTELLO, CAMBIAGO, FUTURA SPECIAL BUSINESS, AND THE UNION OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF MASATE-BASIANO in Italy from Europe region has released this tender for The contract concerns the renovation and expansion of the "Gianni Rodari" Primary School on Via Galilei, in Seggiano, Municipality of Pioltello. The project involves the partial demolition of portions of the existing building, the construction of new extensions, the structural, energy, and system upgrades of the remaining portion of the building, as well as the renovation of the external areas and access routes. Pursuant to Article 58 of the Italian Code of Contracts, the contract was not divided into lots due to the unique nature of the project and the close interconnection of the required services, which require a unified approach to ensure qualitative consistency, integration, and continuity of work processes. Dividing the project into lots would, in fact, result in a fragmentation of responsibilities and operational interfaces, jeopardizing the organizational unity of the project and maximum synergy in operational and construction management, resulting in inefficiency in the overall execution. Method of determining the fee: lump sum. ACCELERATION BONUS Pursuant to art. 126 paragraph 2 of the Contracts Code and subsequent amendments, an acceleration bonus is provided for, as indicated in art. 2.19 of the Specifications. COMPLETION TIME 560 calendar and consecutive days starting from the date of delivery of the works. PRICE REVISION If, during the execution of the contract, due to the occurrence of particular objective conditions, there is a variation, upward or downward, in the cost of the work exceeding three percent of the total tender amount, the prices of the works will be updated, in the amount of ninety percent of the value exceeding the aforementioned variation, in relation to the services to be performed.
