La sede è stata oggetto di ristrutturazione edilizia, di riqualificazione e di efficientamento energetico negli anni 2024-2026. La struttura, che permette un’ospitalità permanente, risulta in possesso delle autorizzazioni necessarie al funzionamento finalizzato alla “Progettazione ed erogazione di servizi socio-sanitari ed assistenziali rivolti ad anziani autosufficienti e non autosufficienti in regime di residenzialità”.
