Provision of Commvault Support, Maintenance and Licenses

The Backup process is the first security mechanism implemented to protect IFAD valuable information and assets. In addition to the daily backup of all the production servers, ICT is backing up all the IFAD computers since about 10 years and, starting from 2020, is also backing up Office 365 data for all the IFAD mailboxes. In 2022, to consolidate and streamline the internal Backup procedures, IFAD procured several Commvault licenses to centralize all the backup activities to a single solution. As result of the tender, IFAD will select the vendor who have relevant capacity, experience, skills and staff to deliver the technical expertise, and who will be awarded Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) Contracts. To ensure the efficiency and the effectiveness of the new Commvault infrastructure, IFAD needs the support of a Commvault partner, able to provide on site and remote support, to provide annual Maintenance renewal packages for the licenses owned by the Organizations and to provide additional licenses when needed. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES The following deliverables are expected: • Annual Maintenance Renewal for the IFAD owned licenses (S-STD-19-RNWL Standard Maintenance Support) • Additional Commvault licenses with Annual Maintenance (S-STD-19) • Remote and onsite support for Commvault infrastructure INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS RFP/ITB DOCUMENTS: In order to have access to the Tender Documents, it is necessary to register in UNGM portal (www.ungm.org).
