Supply and Delivery of a VIP 9-Seater Mini-Van to the UNGSC, Brindisi (Italy)

The UN Secretariat in Italy from Europe region had released this tender for The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Light Passenger/Commercial Vehicles Dealership for the supply and delivery of one (1) VIP 9-Seater Mini-Van for the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy. The VIP 9-Seater Mini-Van, also known in some markets as “Light Commercial Vehicle”, “Multi-Purpose Vehicle,” or “People Carrier” that are, in general, a mid-sized van with three (3) rows of seats suitable for carrying nine (9) persons (driver + 8passengers), and used within the market as specialized Taxi and corporate passenger transporter. Vehicle details in brief: VIP-version, 4X2, long wheelbase, left-hand drive, diesel engine, automatic transmission, five (5) doors, large-tall tailgate, comfortable seating capacity/leg room for eight passengers plus driver, and cargo space between 1,850-2,100 litres, Colour: Black The vehicle will be operated in Italy; therefore, it must comply with European Union vehicle legal requirements and vehicle standards. The vehicle being offered and sold to the UNGSC must conform to the European Union specifications without any limitations and exceptions. Delivery Terms: Delivered at Place, UNGSC-Brindisi, Italy (DAP - Incoterms 2010). Warranty terms: Minimum Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) warranty period must apply. After sales agents of the OEM: Warranty/aftersales support is required; therefore, at least one aftersales agent workshop of the OEM shall be located in the region of Puglia in Italy. The bidder will be requested to indicate the name and location of the nearest aftersales agent/s to Brindisi, Italy.
