However, a high degree of interoperability is required if users are to effectively employ this diverse ensemble of information. The objective of this project is, therefore, to enable GHG mitigation activities and sustainable reportingunder the UNFCCC Paris Agreement by developing techniques and a pre-operational system to intercompare, harmonise and integrate information on sub-national to facility scale anthropogenic GHG emissions derived using diverse satellite instruments and retrieval algorithms.
