Tenders are invited for Building Alteration Works - Phase 1. The site of the Works is at 94B Old Hope Road, Kingston 5. The work will be executed in three (3) Phases. Phase 1 - Second (Executive) floor will be executed during 2023-2024. The works consist of altering approximately 422 sq. m (4542 sq. Ft.) of office space located on the second floor of the existing building. The works of the offices on the second floor will include minor demolition and preparatory work, new block wall, drywall partitions, wall tiling, and minor reinforced concrete works, bathroom partitions and wall tiling, rendering and painting of walls and new acoustic ceiling, external works, electrical and air-conditioning installation works, etc. Bid Bond: J$2,000,000.00. A site visit is scheduled for 1130 hours on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 94B Old Hope Road, Kingston 5. The clarification period ends on June 19, 2023. The Bid Submission Deadline is 1500 hours, on Monday, June 26, 2023.
