The Works Include but not Limited to the Rehabilitation/Patching and Repairs to Potholes and Reinstatement of Areas Disturbed along the Approximately 1.3km of Roadways, Construction of Rip-Rap Surfaces at Major Intersections along The Roadway, Installation of Approximately 1.3km of Water Distribution Main and Service Connection Laterals. Works Period is Three (3) Months. All Bidders must be Registered with the Public Procurement Commission (Ppc) at the Time of Bid Opening in the Category “General Road Works - Grade 1 or 2 and Civil Engineering Works Grade 1 or 2 ” (See Http://www.ppc.gov.jm). Bidders must Present a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (Tcc) or a Tax Compliance Letter (Tcl) at the Bid Opening. Bidding will be Conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) Procedures Specified in the Government of Jamaica Handbook of Public Sector Procurement Procedures (Revised March 2014), Volume 2 of 4 Procedures for the Procurement of Goods, General Services & Works and the Public Procurement Act 2015.
