AVAILABILITY OF BIDDING DOCUMENT Bidding Document will be available for download as of Thursday, April 27,2023, on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm) SITE VISIT A site visit will be held on Tuesday May 16,2023 at 1:00 pm GMT-5 at Lot 26, Portmore Town Centre, St. Catherine, Jamaica. PRE-BID MEETING A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on May 19, 2023 at 11:00 am GMT-5. Bidders are required to email tenders^udcja.com by Thursday May 18,2023 at 1:00 pm GMT-5 confirming their interest, following which a link will be shared. CLARIFICATION AND QUERIES The UDC will respond to any request for clarification received by Friday July 14,2023. Bidders are required to upload all requests for clarifications on the GOJEP Portal. BID VALIDITY PERIOD Bids shall be valid for a period of 180 calendar days commencing on the bid submission date.
