The UNITED NATIONS RELIEF AND WORKS AGENCY FOR PALESTINE REFUGEES IN THE NEAR EAST in Jordan from Middle East region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Enhancement of Educational Facilities in Jerash Camp Sum of liquidated damages per day 500 JD (Five Hundred Jordanian Dinar) Main Building , Guard Room,Transformer Room,Maintinance Works ,Renevation Worksand under Ground Water Tank Priliminaries Demolition and Alterations Demolition Demolition Works shall be done accordance with the drawings and UNRWA ICIP specifications. It shall be clearly understood that all salvaged materials and fittings will be contractor's property except air conditions, fans, and data and sound system fitting to be Agency's property; and must be handed over to UNRWA stores as per the Director of Works instructions; for more details refer to rule of measurements The rate shall be deemed to include all materials and workmanship needed to complete the works according to instructions and approval of Director of Works Demolition and alteration works to existing rooms / spaces A Carefully carry out all Demolition and alteration works to existing offices at GF,FF&SF in order to make access to the existing school ( ZONE 1 ) as per the existing and proposed drawings; the rate should be deemed to include not limited to the following:- Dismantle all windows with marble sills, all security screen, doors ,frames ,existing partition any type Dismantle all electrical fixtures of conduit .cables and fitting with related works if needed Demolishing works for un-needed block wall with concrete works and any make new openings in walls. Stripping off completely all internal floor tile with noising, thresholds and skirting Demolishing works for the part of existing apron and edge beams including its sub-base Carefully hack off existing internal and external finish (Painting & Plaster) to walls and ceiling where needed to received the new finish ( any type ) 1 item - Enhancement of Educational Facilities in Jerash Camp through the Construction and Rehabilitation of Schools with tender notice no.
