Presently, NRC maintains a workforce of around 1012 NRC national staff situated in different Jordanian locations, including but not limited to Amman, Irbid, Ajloun, Jerash, Zarqa, Mafraq, Zaatari, and Azraq. As part of our commitment to staff welfare, NRC provides medical insurance coverage to all employed staff members and their families under the terms of their NRC employment contracts.
