1. The building must have an estimated area of no less than (6000) square metres.
2. The building consists of one or more buildings, and if it is more than one building, the buildings must be adjacent, arranged, and within one plot of land.
3. The land area is not less than (1500) square meters.
4. The building must be in very good condition, close to the main and service street, and the location is close to public services.
5. There must be parking for cars, whether on the property or adjacent to it, within the boundaries of the plot of land and according to the requirements of the Municipality of Amman.
6. The property must have all services (water, electricity, and sanitation).
7. The building must have a fire system.
8. The property’s finishes must be artistic and elaborate.
9. The property must have more than one elevator
10. The property must have a main entrance and at least one secondary entrance.
11. The offer must be accompanied by a copy of the property registration document, the site plan (modern), a land plan (modern) and an engineering plan according to the rules.
12. -Attach the title deed, building permit, and a certificate from civil defense stating that the building meets public safety conditions in accordance with the engineering plans.
13. Attach a liability release (ceilings, tax investigations, mortgage release if the property is mortgaged) and any other matters.
14. Submitting a valid building permit and plans showing its location, in addition to the owner’s address and phone number.
15. The area must be covered by Fiber Internet service.
