This assignment is aimed at validating the dimensions suggested for segmentation through a series of primary interviews. The main objectives of this research are to: * Confirm that the segmentation dimensions recommended are fit for purpose for a majority of the Kenyan MSEs* Identify the characteristics and borrowing requirements of the segment.* Develop personas to highlight findings. The expected outputs from this exercise include; but are not limited to:1. Document validating the segmentation /dimensions or providing alternatives.Personas of MSEs that fit and validate the final segmentation criteria/dimensions..
