Designing an M&E Systems including and online system (Data, indicator’s, frequency, questions…) Develop an internal guideline on M&E and accountability. Conduct regular monitoring of the defined eco system indicators and identify key bottlenecks for implementation and follow-up decision-making with the relevant stakeholders. Design and generate the M&E report 2023 for the Forum based on identified output indicators and outcomes including the 2023 Summit. Design participant and stakeholder surveys for Africa Food Systems Forum 2023 Summit in collaboration with the thematic platforms and support publication Coordinate knowledge products of the AGRF 2023. I.e., publications (including partner-outreach publications), side events, climate action et.c. Review and provide recommendations to existing approaches to knowledge management and reporting. Review the thematic platform indicators and assess how they feed into the overall framework. In line with this support 2 mature thematic platforms and 2 emerging ones to either harmonize or develop a results framework in line with the overall AGRF framework. Support the thematic platforms in identifying key partners to help strengthen reporting. Help Identify and mobilize key partner commitments to support the AGRF results framework i.e., Knowledge products, eco-system indicators, thematic platforms. Mobilize partners and facilitate multi-year commitments to co-generate the eco-system indicators. Support in identifying key ambassadors and stakeholders that will advocate for specific indicators. 3. Key Deliverables Updated M&E and accountability framework in line this new strategic framework Partners: At least 10 strategic partners identified, and successful mobilization realized for 5. At least 10 ambassadors identified and 5 confirmed that will champion specific indicators.
