Classrooms Block to Completion and Purchase of 90 Desks at Tsalu Primary School Procurement Method: Open Tender Submission Method: Written (Physical/Hard Copy) Opening Venue: KILIFI SOUTH NG-CDF OFFICES AT VIPINGO POSTA STAGE OFF MSA-MLD ROAD,CDF BUILDING 1st FLOOR AT THE BOARDROOM Closing Date: Aug 11, 2023 Closing Time: 10:00 INTERESTED TENDERERS MUST. a) Fill the standard documents (form of tender and confidential business questionnaire and any other forms) a) Must attach a copy of business registration/incorporation. b) Must attach KRA Pin Certificate c) Must attach latest and valid tax compliance certificate. d) Must attach latest and valid NCA 8 and above certificate for building works. e) Must attach latest and valid NCA 8 and above practicing license for building works. f) Must attach CR 12 and copy of ID for business directors, if any. g) Must show proof of past works done, works of similar magnitude. As per tender document h) Show proof of academic and professional qualification of key personnel the project. As per tender document. i) Must attach valid business permit from the County Government of Kilifi. j) All the attached documents must be machine serialized. k) Must attach bank statements for the year 2021&2022 l) Must attach audited financial reports for the year 2021 and 2022 certified by registered and practicing auditor. m) Must attach tender security 2% of tender sum valid for 210 days from the date of opening n) Attach original or copy of official receipt Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be obtained at the Kilifi South NG-CDF office during official working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000/= per document, payable to the Fund Account Manager. Interested firms may obtain further information including the tender document during working days (Monday – Friday) and hours (9:00am – 4:00pm)..
