Bidders MUST meet the following MANDATORY requirements;
i. Provide a copy of the certificate of incorporation/registration of the company.
ii. Attach a valid NCA certificate category 7 and above (Where applicable)
iii. Provide a valid NCA annual practicing License (Where applicable)
iv. Provide a copy of KRA PIN Certificate
v. Provide a copy of the Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
vi. Copy of CR12
vii. The bid price should be valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
viii. Details and evidence of experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last three years giving certificates of practical completion and details of clients who may be contacted for further information.
ix. The tender form and confidential business questionnaire must be fully filled by an authorized person.
x. Provide evidence of the adequacy of working capital for the proposed works (access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources)
