Valid single business permit from any county 8. Form of tender correctly filled, signed and stamped 9. Confidential business questionnaire correctly filled, signed and stamped 10. Certificate of independent tender determination correctly filled, signed and stamped 11. Bidders must serialize sequentially all pages of the tender document plus attachments 12. A Mandatory Pre tender site visit certificate signed and stamped by NG CDF Nyali. Interested eligible candidates may obtain the tender document from PPIP portal or inspect the tender documents at the offices of NG-CDF Nyali located at Nyali Mps office during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000) in cash..
