Tenders shall remain valid for 182 days from the date of opening of tenders. 5. Tenders above Ksh.5,000,000.00 must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the tender sum from a bank or insurance companies approved by PPRA. Tenders below Ksh.5,000,000.00 must be accompanied by a duly filled, signed and stamped Tender Securing Declaration Form. 6.
