The invited firms and any other eligible firms may obtain further information from Kenya Airports Authority Headquarters located at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, 2nd floor office of General Manager (Procurement & Logistics) from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, from Monday to Friday except lunchtime between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm and public holidays or through email tenders@kaa.go.ke This notice is issued in compliance with section 102 (1) (c) and (d) of the PPADA 2015 and Regulation 89(8) of the PPADR 2020 which provides that “for greater certainty of section 102(1)(d) of the Act, any procurement under section 102(1)(c) of the Act, the procuring entity shall place an advertisement on its website or on state portal regarding their intention to procure through restricted tender for at least three days before inviting tenders and where any bidder outside the known suppliers emerge, he or she shall be invited to bid”. This invitation to tender is issued this 14th day of March 2023 and bid documents to all known suppliers and those who emerge outside the known suppliers shall be issued the tender document from 17th March 2023.
