The tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from County Government Website www.kitui.go.ke, or IFMIS portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and Public Procurement Information portal www.tenders.go.ke 6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the County Government of Kitui website www.kitui.go.ke or the Public procurement information Portal (PPIP) website www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kitui.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. 7. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders. 8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,” as appropriate] of[insert amount and currency in case of a tender Security.] N/A 9. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted. 10. Completed tenders MUST be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal; www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before 4 TH MAY, 2023 at 12.00 Noon. 11. Tenders will be opened online immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. 12. Late tenderswill be rejected with tender notice no.
