Certificate of Registration/Incorporation 2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate 3. The person/firm MUST NOT be debarred by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Provide Statement/Declaration) 4. Copy of Current Trade License from any County Government 5. Valid AGPO Certificate for the reserved groups 6. Duly Completed Confidential Business Questionnaire 7. For Repair & Maintenance works Firms MUST be registered by NCA 8. Evidence of physical registered office- attach utility bill e.g. Electricity/ water bill etc or tenancy agreements 9. Audited Accounts for the last two years for companies 10. Certified bank statements for the last 6 months 11. Letters of recommendation from three (3) clients 12. Certificates From Affiliated Professional Bodies/Associations, where the nature of supply or service is applicable/ specific to your line of business e.g. NCA, IATA, NITA, LSK etc 13. For provision of Outside Catering Services- bidders MUST avail a certificate of health for food handling issued by National or County Government 14.
