0900 to 1700 at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents will be issued to the selected tenderers upon payment of non –
refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 1,000/= (One Thousand) only in cash or Bankers Cheque and
payable to Principal Secretary, State Department for Energy.
5. Price quoted should be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 150 days from
the date of opening oftenders
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 2% of the quoted tender SUM. Tender Security
MUST be in the form of Bank Guarantee or Insurance bond from a reputable financial institution
recognized by Central Bank of Kenya or PPRA and valid for at least 180 days from the tender opening date
7. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
8. Completed tenders Must be delivered to the address below on or before [Thursday 31st August, 2023].
ElectronicTender WILLNOTbe permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
10. Late tenderswill be rejected.
