Documents price - KD 1000 Bid bond KD 15,000 A pre-tendering meeting/ inquiry session will be held on Monday, 04.06.2023 at the Mosques Sector in Riggi. The closing time for submitting the offers on the closing date is 1:00 p.m. The tender documents will be published on the portal of the Public Agency for Public Tenders for information before purchasing the tender documents. The purchase price is not refundable.  This tender is undividable.  The tenderer should attach a certificate to whom it may concern issued by the Manpower Public Authority stating that the file of the tenderer in respect of government contracts is not suspended at the Manpower Public Authority. The offer will be disqualified if this certificate is not attached thereto.  The tender price is payable by certified cheque or K-Net.  Enquiries may be submitted to the concerned entity at the place and time specified herein ahead of the pre-tendering meeting.  All the documents should be submitted on a CD except the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted in a hard copy.  The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer.  This announcement is an invitation to the tenderers to attend the envelopes opening session.
