The offer will be disqualified if this certificate is not attached thereto. The tender price is payable by certified cheque or K-Net. Enquiries may be submitted to the concerned entity at the place and time specified herein ahead of the pre-tendering meeting. All the documents should be submitted on a CD except the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted in a hard copy. The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer. This announcement is an invitation to the tenderers to attend the envelopes opening session. Companies that wish to attend should coordinate with the Offers Opening Section in advance and should bring the following documents: - A copy of the civil card - A copy of the signature accreditation - If a person other that the accredited signatory wishes to attend, he should submit an authorization in writing to attend. The owners of small and medium projects are exempted from paying the documents price. The owners of small and medium projects who wish to to participate in the tender should submit a valid certificate issued by the National Fund for the Development of Small and Medium Projects stating that the project is classified as a small or medium project by the Fund.
