Contractors are advised to present the most favorable plan, project management,
standards. resources, pricing, and terms and conditions in response to this RFP. This
RFP provides qualified contractors with information to prepare and submit proposals for
considerations.
❖ This is Public Tender with qualified Conditions and Individuals
Qualified Conditions : Bidders must meet all below qualifications. Failing to meet any of
the below qualifications or failing to submit supportive documents will lead to
bidder disqualification:
- All Bidders must Submit a certified past track record on injury implementations &
maintenance of similar projects.
- Submit a list of personnel along with their CVs. certifying that the assigned technical
personnel have the necessary qualification, certification and experience.
- Provide a sample report for the maintenance Services for PIC Approvals
- Provide a Support letter from the "Marconi" multimedia system.
❖ Bids closing time will be on Sunday. 11/06/2023 at 1:00 PM. Bids shall be submitted to
the following email ipc-sc©pic.com.kw.
Those bids shall be valid for (90) days from the date of bids opening. No bids will be
received after the closing time. Please note that the bids should be only addressed to the
above e-mail, without any CC or mention of a second party, or the bid shall be invalid.
❖ Bid Bond shall be through a Bank Guarantee letter, or Certified Cheque with Amount
KWD. 1300/- . and the Original Bid Bond to be Mailed before the closing time to (P.O.
Box 1084 Safat 13011Kuwait) (Kuwait -South Al Sabahiya - PIC H.O - subcommittee for

time ) via (Online Meeting).
❖ The deadline for any queries, reservations or requests related to this tender will be on
Tuesday. 06/06/2023. Requests after deadline will be Disregarded..
> Bidders who wish to participate in the mentioned Tender must be registered in the public
register of the Petrochemical Industries Company or submit a certificate proving their
registration with the Kuwait National Petroleum Company.

Companies must enclose with their bids a copy of
1. A soft copy of the Bid Bond
2. A copy of the signature authorization (signature authorization letter of the authorized
signatories).
3. Bidders must enclose a recent copy of the company's article of association, the
commercial license issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and a copy of
Chamber of Commerce & Industry registration certificate for the current year with the
bid.
4. Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) registration certificate.(local Contractor)
5. A certificate from the Ministry of Finance stating that there is no deduction for
income tax on the company, and a statement from the international agencies
represented by the company, with attached proof of that( Local Contractor).
