a. To provide necessary tools, equipment and personnel for the performance of Fishing Services including Casing Repair and Whip stocks in Drilling & Workover Operations.
b. To provide Services as and when instructed and on such locations / on the Site as directed by the Superintendent of the Contract or the Representative of the Superintendent of the Contract specifying the details in each Service Order.
c. The type of the Services and quantity shall be dictated by the Company’s requirements and Company at its sole discretion may increase or decrease estimated minimum quantity substantially and there is no minimum, maximum or guaranteed volume of jobs or Services.
d. To regularly monitor consumption of quantity of each line item during the Contract period.
e. Solely responsible for the operation of its equipment and to manage, direct, supervise and control the Services and all associated obligations and operations including the provision of personnel and equipment/tools and to accept the obligations, liabilities, and rights as specified in the Contract.
f. All associated operations, activities necessary to co-ordinate, organize, control and monitor the Services with all Contractor's equipment, personnel, materials and facilities;
o Co-ordination and performance of all preparation, handling and transportation of Contractor's personnel, equipment, instruments, spares, machinery, tools, materials (including all consumables) and facilities.
o All actions required to mobilise all Contractor’s resources including Equipment and Personnel prior to the Commencement Date of the Contract and during the Operational Period and demobilise all of its resources following Contract termination or Expiry Date. with tender notice no.
