Brief description: Cylinder furnace manufactured using the latest heating and control techniques to achieve top-quality results in Dental lab complete with all standard accessories. 1. Minimum requirements: 1.1 Electronic control unit with Micro-processor 1.2 Maximum temperature 1000⁰ C or better 1.3 Alumina fiber muffle 1.4 Necessary dewaxing plates and clamp shall be included 1.5 Chamber size 23 x 30 x 15 cm approx.. 1.6 Shall have different programs with choice of temperature, temperature rate and holding time. 1.7 Unit shall be suitable to operate on 240V ± 6%, 13 Amp, 50 Hz AC single phase power supply. 2. Accessories and Consumables: 2.1 All standard accessories and consumables necessary for the smooth operation of system shall be provided. 2.2 The offer shall clearly indicate the quantity, unit prices and size of accessories and consumables included. 3. QUALITY ASSURANCE The Contractor shall verify that the manufacturer of the Equipment complies with internationally recognized quality control systems; such as; FDA, (ISO9001), CE in accordance with the European Active Medical Device and the Directives issued by British Standards Institute (BSI) or Canadian Standards Association (CSA) or ULUnderwriters Laboratory, USA. 4.1 Offers must be accompanied with detailed/original catalogues, and complete technical information such as model, components and the exact features applicable. Variations to the specifications must be clearly stated. 4.2 Bidder shall have adequate work facilities with spares and qualified/ factory trained engineer/s, as a part of his permanent staff, so as to provide immediate local support by attending to any complaints/maintenance requests, as and when required. 4.3 Bidder to provide manufacturer’s recommended list of spare parts (required for normal operation and preventive maintenance service) with Performa invoice for C&F prices. 4.4 Bidder to quote separately yearly rate for two years maintenance service after the expiry of warranty period. Maintenance service shall be comprehensive, fully inclusive of the maintenance, repairs and spares. 4.5 Warranty shall be comprehensive, fully inclusive of the maintenance, repairs and spares for a minimum period of two years from the date of complete installation of the equipment on site. 4.6 During warranty period, the supplier shall visit the site at regular intervals for service/maintenance. 4.7 Two sets of operation and service manuals in English language shall be provided along with the equipment. 4.8 Bidder shall by not later than the expiry of the first three (3) months of issue of purchase order complete the delivery, installation and demonstration of the equipment. with tender notice no. 2120224 published on 21 Jun 2023.
