Completed Tenders Documents shall be enclosed in the supplied envelope, sealed with sealing wax, and shall bear no mark or indication of the identity of the tenderer and deposited by hand into the Tender Box located at the New Offices Complex of KOC Building B-1, ground floor, Ahmadi, not later than 13:00 hours
BID BOND:
Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee equal to KD 500, in favor of the Kuwait
Oil Company and valid for 90 days validity period of the tender, issued in the form of letter of
guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment B to the
Form of Tender.
2. PERFORMANCE BOND:
The successful tender shall submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee to the value of 10% of his bid. The
Performance Bond shall be valid for the quoted delivery period plus 12 months. The Performance
Bond shall be worded generally in accordance with the specimen annexed to the tender as Annexure A.
3. TENDER FEE:
3.1 The Tenderer shall be liable to pay a non-refundable tender fee in favor of Kuwait Oil
Company in order to participate in KOC tender.
3.2 Kuwait Oil Company will NOT accept a bank draft for Tender Fee.
3.3 KOC account shall be credited with the Requisite Tender Fee. Any additional charges
by receiving & transmitting by bank shall be borne by the bidders only.
3.4 In case of RFQ cancellation by KOC, bidders are eligible for Tender Fee Refund.
3.4.1. Cash deposit in or money transfer to the Company’s bank account 1001058663 with the

Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Rethreading of 10-3/4" Casing Joints to Make Crossover
