1.3 Bids received without tender fee original receipt shall not be considered.
1.4 Kuwait Oil Company will NOT accept a bank draft for Tender Fee.
1.5 KOC account shall be credited with the Requisite Tender Fee. Any additional charges by receiving &
transmitting bank shall be borne by bidders only.
1.6 Tender fees shall not be applicable for SMEs that are registered in KOC Categories of works. SMEs are
not required to provide the proof of purchase of the Tender Documents. Following documents are
required to be submitted:
a) Certificate of registration from the National Fund for small & Medium enterprises Development
b) Type of activity of the SME.
2. BID BOND: Each offer must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee of value KD 500/- in favor of Kuwait Oil Company (K.S.C.) and valid for 90 days validity period of the tender, issued in the form of letter of guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment B.3 to the Form
of Tender. with tender notice no. 2125313 published on 01 Nov 2023. The tender expired on 27 Nov 2023.
