Re-bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The Department of Transport (DOT) of the Ministry of Public Work and Transport, (MPWT) Lao PDR (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders which meet the qualification criteria prescribed in Section 3 of the Bidding Documents for the Procurement of Works - Traffic Signaling in Vientiane (the “Works”). Details and specifications are provided in the specified in Section 6 (Employer’s Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Completion of work period is within Twelve (12 months after award of contract). The Bid is for ONE complete Lot and for the associated works.
The Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address given above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US Dollars Two Hundred (US$ 200).
