SCOPE OF WORK
In order to automate this, a modular application (set of micro services) are needed that would perform the
following tasks:
- Extract data from Student Information System (Banner) for the new students (Freshman year)
- Create the corresponding accounts in the Learning Management System (Moodle)
- Extract the enrollments in specific courses and reflect the enrollment in the LMS
- Display the results of creating and enrolling students through both UI and services
- Revoke the enrollments at end of year or semester
The application should be:
- Compliant with FERPA
- Hosted on Azure either as serverless or as an App Service on AUB tenant
- Fully configurable for Logging and should ship with SeriLog logging integration which can be easily
customized to use another logging channe
Fully configurable for Notifications preferably to integrate with Firebase for specific events

- If/when needed, the designed with Microservice architecture
