Main deliverable: Develop a capacity building plan and implement its’ activities (maximum of 19 working days in total) as per the below general workplan:
Participate in a kick off meeting to discuss the scope of work and purpose of the assignment
Conduct a desk review of primary and secondary data (i.e. existing training materials, completed past training lists and modules, needs assessments, etc.)
Conduct an assessment to link the literature information with the actual feedback from CL’s management and other staff through FGDs/interviews with CL’s management mainly portfolio managers, head of BDQI department, MEAL Manager, MEAL team and other staff as identified by CL and the consultant. The outcome of these FGDs/KIIs would feed into the training plan that will be drafted to support the capacity building of the targeted staff
Eligible bidders are those registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.

The deadline for quotation submissions is April 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Quotations that are received by Caritas Lebanon after this deadline may not be considered for evaluation.
