The outcome of these FGDs/KIIs would feed into the training plan that will be drafted to support the capacity building of the targeted staff Eligible bidders are those registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance. Interested candidates with proven ability to deliver on the below mentioned assignment deliverables within the set timeframe, should submit their company or personal profiles via email to tony.kanaan@caritas.org.lb to receive the related request for quotation file to be filled out and submitted. The deadline for quotation submissions is April 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Quotations that are received by Caritas Lebanon after this deadline may not be considered for evaluation.
