The consultant is to undertake the following tasks:
review existing structures, guidelines, operating procedures, and tools utilized by the technical and administrative teams during the different phases of project implementation.
Identify main gaps in the process, structure and resources and recommend possible digitalized solutions.
Identify possible tasks/activities that can be carried out by artificial intelligence (AI) and suggest a way forward.
Identify priority areas for main urgent intervention based on observations and interviews with relevant personnel.
Draw, discuss, and finalize digitalization policy with a relevant action plan including necessary resources.
Main Deliverables:
Digitalization strategy developed, discussed, and revised.
Relevant resource system identified, discussed, and revised.
Action plan in place and actioned.
Timeframe: A maximum of 45 business days is expected.
Working relationship and contractual arrangements
The consultant will be working in close coordination with the CEO and CEO Deputies.
TRD is responsible for contractual arrangements.
The consultant is under the obligation of confidentiality: Information, data, database, knowledge resources in the forms of briefings, reports, proceedings, articles, essays, etc. issued by and for TRD will be TRD's property and require permission for use and/or disclosure.

Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables”.
Proposed timeframe for the intervention.
Brief explanation of the consultant background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex).
