Promote the introduction within the target food processing cooperatives of innovative and professional food processing practices, also linking when necessary with other professional expertise. Support JPII procurement & logistic department in the identification of suppliers for the purchasing of specific machineries, tools and materials needed. Promote strong coordination with other Food Processing Consultants in order to maximize the impact. Contribute to the elaboration of technical manuals for operational standard procedures related to the target food processing lines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Having a degree/ bachelor degree in fields like food technology, food processing, food safety. Proved qualification and direct professional experience in traditional and innovative medium-scale food production processes, applying high quality standards. Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant medium-large scale food processing companies/cooperatives Capacity to transfer knowledge and best practices by training and through direct co-production and follow up of production phases for the target selected products High interactive and communication skills, enabling the candidate to mobilize and guide groups towards the objectives of the analysis Dedicated and organized.
