Tenders are invited for Gender Mainstreaming Consultant. Closing Date: Sunday, 07. May 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Gender issues, Recovery and reconstruction Remuneration range: 4000 to 5000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 2 months Expertise France is seeking the services of a consultant to build the capacities of its project team on Gender Mainstreaming, the integration into the current Lebanese context covering general definitions and terminologies on Gender, Gender Mainstream and Development, tools, best practices, and Gender Mainstream action plans. KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLES Produce a workplan for the task at hand and submit to Expertise France. Prepare and share the training session’s agenda with Expertise France beforehand for the mentioned theme. Prepare and share the content of the training with Expertise France beforehand for the mentioned theme. Prepare the pre and post tests and share with Expertise France and disseminate with the training participants before and after the training. Conduct a workshop on Gender Mainstreaming to Expertise France team. Prepare one training report for the workshop, that includes (1) the training content, (2) the sessions’ progress, (3) the tests results (analytical results in addition to a comparison of the trainee’s improvement) and finally (4) the general trainee’s feedback. The expected number of beneficiaries is around 15 individuals. The consultant will oversee designing and delivering the following: Conducting the required inception meetings with the Expertise France team. Participating in coordination and follow-up meetings related to this activity when needed. Strictly stick to the agreed timeline.
