Jul 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Conflict Resolution, Peace & Security, Rehabilitation Summary: MARCH is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer with a bachelor degree in Graphic Design and a minimum of 5-7 years of fieldwork experience to provide comprehensive branding support for a freelance project in Tripoli that consists of 4 interrelated activities under a conflict resolution and social stability project conducted by MARCH in Tripoli. The free-lance assignment starts immediately and spans over 11 months. (Proposal that doesn’t include a portfolio will be disregarded) Description: This project consists of doing an overall branding including logos, design identity, color palette, typographic, on-brand supporting graphics, fonts, imagery, roll-ups and all related material for a freelance project consisting of project overall brand identity and its 6 interrelated activities in Tripoli. Responsibilities: - Developing an overall branding identity for the project and each of its activities, including a logo, color palette, typography, and other branding elements that aligns with the overall branding of MARCH and its conflict resolution program. - Creating design materials such as roll-ups, flyers, posters, stickers and banners that effectively communicate the project's objectives and key messages. - Ensuring consistency in branding across all project-related materials and platforms. - Collaborating closely with the project team to understand their design requirements and incorporating feedback into the design process. - Keeping up-to-date with design trends and best practices to deliver innovative and impactful designs. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. - Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into visually compelling designs. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in designing for non-profit organizations or donor-funded projects would be an asset.
