Aug 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: N/A Berytech is seeking to hire consultants that will be able to deliver workshops and clinic to Societe Robert Jabbour as per the scope of the interventions mentioned below: Societe Robert Jabbour is an industrial food company located in Zgharta, manufacturing of a wide range of traditional Lebanese products such as olive oil, olives, pickles, jams, pomegranate molasses, orange blossom water, vinegars and others Scope of work and Deliverables The Consultant is expected to fulfill the following in addition to any other task required: Employee Hygiene Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for employees on hygiene practices, emphasizing proper sanitation, personal hygiene, and food safety protocols. Educate employees on the importance of maintaining cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards in the workplace. Facility Standardization: Collaborate with the management to develop and implement standardized facility designs that comply with local and export market standards. Assess the current facility layout, equipment, and infrastructure to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Compliance with Standards: Work closely with the management to ensure the company meets the required standards for both local and export markets. Review and provide recommendations on policies, procedures, and documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with hygiene and safety standards. On-site Visits and Inspections: Conduct frequent visits to the location to assess and monitor the implementation of hygiene practices and facility standardization.
