Although the majority of migrant workers in the Gulf Council Cooperation (GCC) countries, Lebanon and Jordan (hereafter ‘Arab States’), particularly male migrant workers, are from Asia, there is anecdotal evidence of rising numbers of sub-Saharan African workers.
